Review summary

We were expecting better from Viking as we had traveled with them in Europe. This was supposed to be the best, new, upscale $8 Million remodel. The food and service sub par to say the least. Alot of the rooms have an obtrusive center column from probably making two small rooms into a larger one. We missed ports due to fog and they offered very little to fill our time or entertain us. Too mush time spent on buses in traffic and a sense that other than the guides nobody really cared much about customer service.
