Review summary

Overall, the cruise was outstanding. The food was very good. Service was excellent. The excursions were educational with excellent guides. Only disappointment was after being transported to the basil airport. There was no Viking agent available as promised to help with check-in and navigating the airport. Likewise on arrival in Heathrow, there was no Viking agent available as we had been led to believe.

Cruise director assured us there would be a Viking representative at the basil airport that would assist in getting us checked in and onto our flights. One we arrived at the airport there was no agent and we were pretty much on our own to navigate the airport. Likewise,we were told there would be a Viking agent at Heathrow. There wasn’t . It was very challenging navigating this airport. This is the only disappointment with the trip.
