the ship was great. easy to navigate and many areas to just watch the scenery go by.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
many great choices. if you wanted/needed something extra\, there was no problem getting it for you.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
some of the entertainment was not to our liking but overall it was enjoyable. if you didn't like it you were able to sit on the deck or find something else to do.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
our staff was outstanding! the program director (Meike) was great and also the concierre. our waitstaff was exceptional.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
always very clean. easy layout to get around.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
although staterooms are very small\, once we unpacked\, it was easier to navigate around the room.

Pros: being able to see so much while cruising on the Danube. the small amount of people on the ship made for easy friendships. the crew was most accommodating in every way. extremely pleasant!

Cons: the cabins are very small and to upgrade is costly. a few tours were too expensive. would rethink some of the extra tours before booking.

Recommends Viking Freya? No.
