The itinerary was very promising, the captain was especially friendly and informative, the fellow passengers (only 22) were delightful, the food was always good and the service was exemplary, but the communications from the concierge left everyone uncertain about their plans.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
I am gluten and lactose intolerant and the servers made a special point of telling me which items I could eat on the menu (always excellent food). They also brought me gluten free bread and soy milk. Much appreciated.

Onboard Activities

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Alex is amazing, as a good pianist and singer, electronic specialist, and all-round helper. The staff had some genuinely good performers and Chris gave good talks. Limited offerings, but satisfactory.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Chris, the tour leader was informative and helpful, the wait staff and housekeepers were friendly and helpful.

Ship Quality

No complaints about the room, which was compact but very efficient in its design.

Ship tip

Since this ship has been sold to another company, there's not much to say. Perhaps we'll take another cruise in it if the destination interests us and especially if the captain stays with the ship.

Don't stay there in order to board! Stay in Panama City!

Highpoint of the cruise. So pleased we were able to make day time passage and view from the bridge.
