Loved Alaska and the nature! The captain did a great job and was entertaining as well as the Cruise Director and staff!

We were pleased with every single aspect of our cruise. I cant even give a negative on anything. I did not in Juneau the shops stood in doorways begging you to come in. Ketchikan they didnt do this or Skagway.

We really didn't know what to expect. We were first time cruisers along with a group of 4 others that had cruised several times. We all had a wonderful time and we heard comments from them that this "Princess Cruise was the best of all".

My husband and I had a great time on the Star Princess.

We cruised to Alaska on the Star Princess and had a wonderful time. Accommodations were very nice, although the ship could use an update With modern decor. Service on the ship was great and they tried their best to accommodate you. Ports of call were so beautiful with plenty of things to do. I would recommend this trip to anyone, especially those who love beautiful scenery!

Great ship! Princess doesn't disappoint. The Star is showing some signs of needing refurbishing but still a very good ship. Food was all excellent in Portofino & Capri dining rooms. We only ate once at the buffet but it was very good as well. I do wish they has a few gluten free muffins for breakfast at the buffet. The Dining room staff helped make sure my allergies were handled well though.

The ports of call were fabulous! Time on the ship is a little sedate.

We loved this cruise! The staff made it an amazing memory for our 40th anniversary and I’ll forever cherish the friendships made onboard! I’m already looking to book our next Princess Cruise

This cruise was awesome the staff was great our room was always cleaned 2 or 3 times a day the buffet food was good and the dining room food was excellent staff was always cleaning the ship and always offered help if needed

It was very enlightening, I never traveled to those places before. I felt at home on board because the crew was very kind and helpful in every way making sure you were satisfied.

The staff was knowledgable and extremely attentive. The food over all was good but by no means excellent. The ship was clean and well maintained. It was just the right size for our family and everyone in our party enjoyed themselves.

I expected more and next cruise will be trying a newer ship and one with more activities for the kids outside the kid rooms designated for them. Food and entertainment are important and they let me down

The ship was beautiful and the food was great. I have only one compliant... I had read on the reservations that I needed to contact my Cruise Director for bus transfers to the ship. I figured we’d take a cab from the airport since I didn’t have a Cruise Director, I self booked. Happily, we were greeted by a Princess Rep in baggage claim where our bags were checked in and we were put on a bus to the ship. Awesome! Unfortunately, I assumed it would be the same on return. We read in our disembark paperwork that a voucher would be needed to get a shuttle to the airport. We went to guest services the day before disembark and was told that the option was closed. So I felt that Princess was pleased to get us aboard ASAP but once off they could care less. There was a $58 for 2 people shuttle in the port building that we were able to purchase. The bus was at full capacity. At some point on the trip to the ship it would have been appropriate for someone to tell us of the options to get back to the airport.

This is a great cruise for all ages. Young and old alike will find stuff to do. Take advantage of the free stuff. Enjoy and don't be in a hurry especially when waiting for an elevator.

This was our 3 time with Princess to Alaska. We had our children and some grandchildren with us this time celebrating our 60 th wedding anniversary :-).

I enjoyed the cruise, Our group of 8 people had a fantastic time from what everyone says. Having a clean ship and excellent food made all the difference in the world.
