The specialty restaurants were all great but to our surprise the main dining room food was the best food I've ever had on a cruise - by far!!! I'd put it up against any local fine dining restaurant food.
Onboard Activities

Signature deck BBQ - if you don't know what it is you should ask a professional who has been on a Windstar cruise before. You don't know what you're missing. Also the spa was one of the best on any small luxury ship.

Entertainers were great and the crew talent show was like being a judge on America's Got Talent - very entertaining.

It was obvious that the crew was extremely happy to be serving guests again. They knew you by name, remembered how you like your coffee/tea or adult beverages and went out of their way to accommodate every guest request - truly better service than you can find at a 5-star resort in the US.

The ship was recently renovated so everything was brand new and updated.
Cabin / Stateroom

The size and comfort of the cabin were great. Bathroom was updated and the shower was one of the biggest I've seen on a ship with upgraded toiletries. I only gave 4 stars for the cabin because it was a "balcony cabin" but wasn't really a true balcony you could sit on. Doors opened but you really couldn't sit outside and enjoy the views as you pull into port.
Ship tip
Diet before your vacation because you'll eat your way through your time onboard. Yes - it is that good!
