Embarkation

I had bought the Key package which ment we were directed through the whole process quickly and smoothly

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Had breakfast and dinner in the main dining room most days. Food was very good. Service was excellent. Lunch was usually at The Cafe@ Two70 which was also very good. We had dinner at the Wonderland restaurant on my birthday and it was a great experience.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
We took part in some trivandrum quizzes, even managing to win one or two. Also tried our hand at making towel animals, it was all good fun

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Went to a couple of shows which we enjoyed..Showgirls and a magic act. You do need to get there around 20 minutes before though if you want a good seat. Only annoying thing was people saving seats for other members of their party. One or two seats I can understand but nearly a full row!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
No issues with service. No long waits for drinks or food. Staff were always pleasant and professional and certainly helped to make or cruise very special.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Beautiful ship. Lots to see and do. Very clean and well-maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Balcony cabin 6118. Most forward cabin on deck 6. This was a guaranteed cabin not one that I had chosen so I was a bit worried about its position on the ship. Above theatre and most forward cabin on deck 6 However I needn't have worried. There was no noise from the theatre and I never felt any motion sickness.

Ship tip

Don't worry about others negative reviews....if your about to sail its already to late and anyway its about your time and how you experience it.

Ports of call

Penang (Pulau Pinang), Malaysia

4 out of 5
We were not here long. Decided to simply walk around for the afternoon as ship docks in George Town. Be prepared for a barrage of local people trying to sell you tours while they were numerous and loud they were non threatening and we passed through easily enough. We managed to see some of George Towns famous sites more by stumbling across them than planned vists. We paid to go into the Peranakan museum which we enjoyed and Fort Cornwallis. Not that much to see in Fort Cornwallis but it was very inexpensive and of historical merit

Phuket, Thailand

4 out of 5
We choose to book one of the ships tours 'The highlights of Phuket' It was a convenient way of seeing around Phuket. The tour lasted around 4/5 We were a bit late starting off. The tour was fine. What I would recommend is that people read whats included in the tour carefully as I was surprised to hear at least two people complaining to the tour guide that there was no lunch. We were tendered to and from the ship at this port.

Singapore

Loved Singapore. 2nd visit. Stayed 3 nights pre cruise. Lots to do. Great public transport system. Try street food any we tried were delicious and great value for money.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Having the key we could make our way of the ship when ready. We had the key holders a la carte breakfast in the dining room before disembarking. There were some hold ups due to Singapore customs but we just sat and waited until the que started moving again. It did take a while to disembark but our flights were late afternoon so there was no pressure. Our suitcases which we had left for collection the night before were waiting for us to pick up when we got off.
