Slightly chaotic, for Singapore. Queues were messy, but staff did their best to be fair with sequencing.

Dinner in our main dining room was always great. Mostly due to our waiters. Quality of food was equivalent to a $$$ Singapore restaurant. Staff handling of difficult guests was extremely professional & accommodating. Breakfast buffet had almost everything you would want to have...except back bacon!

Live bands were really good, especially Kinetic. Most live shows we're good, but we walked out of the superhero performance as it was awful.

Awan, Wint & Chen were fantastic every evening in Main Dining on deck 4. Solarium bar staff were also great, always ensuring we has alcohol or water.
