Overall this cruise was a horrible experience for me. I’ve been on 5 other Royal Caribbean Cruises and had an amazing time. I’ve never had such a bad experience as I did on this Singapore cruise.

My dining room waiter was amazing!!! He was very attentive and helpful. I rated service as terrible because I purchased a scrub and massage from the spa. This service was very terrible because the staff assigned to me was racist, she refused to do the service and treated me horribly. She didn’t tell me how to use the showers or what products she was using. I had a 75 minute service of which she spent 30 minutes in the room with me and the other time washing her hands. I will never book a spa service again.

The ship was pretty clean and the layout was okay. The ship smelled like urine in the hallways of our cabins.

I wouldn’t advise people to go on this cruise because the people were rude and it was overrun with children.

Yes you were in a racial minority as the majority (95%) are Asian and mainly Singapore Chinese and their culture is different to yours. I suggest your Spa experience should not colour your experience of the rest of the ship or its guests.
I have travelled on the Spectrum 3 times and have 4 more cruises booked with it.
I find the staff service to be excellent, the ship itself is exquisite in design and decor and certainly leaves the Anthem, Odyssey etc trailing. After all it is the only ‘Ultra’ in that class.
Again I am sorry you did not enjoy your cruise.

I agreed with you… i have the same experience .. people rude has no manners.. too chaotic and crowded… i went to so many with RC but this one I won’t recommended… ughhh!!
