Sky Princess Balcony Stateroom BC

.Cabin type was a mini suite, cabin number was M206 Spacious and spotless. Great steward

Nice beds balcony size good.

Most princess regular balcony cabins are smaller than cabins on other lines--there is no couch to sit on--only a chair at the desk for one person. However the location of this cabin is fantastic. 1 deck up to the lido and despite being just under the lido--no significant noise. I think I heard chairs being moved once and it wasn't terribly loud. The elevator was steps away from the cabin door and again--no excessive noise from being so close to the elevator. We were in a room that had an adjoining door and never heard our neighbors. The balcony was not huge--but was big enough for 2 chairs and a small table and had a nice overhang which protected us from the weather.

Balcony was a bit larger than what I suspected. Bed slept well. To soft for my wife. Loved the location. Right by the retreat pool. Easy to go down one level to the lido deck.

Regular balcony rooms seemed to be smaller than the same class balcony rooms on the previous Princess ship (Caribbean Princess) that we were in last year. However, the balcony was bigger on the Sky. (When I mentioned this to a crew member - he replied “You should see the size of the new crew’s quarters!”)
