Amazing Ship - Amazing Cruise Line

Sail Date: January 01, 2014

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

We have sailed on the Navigator six times. We have nothing but accolades for Regent: the itineraries\, the ports of call\, the excursions. But their shining star is their crew and staff. They treat everyone royally and it is such a pleasure to spend a week or ten days or more with them. They make a point to get to know you\, call you by name\, and remember your preferences. We highly recommend Regent to anyone who asks\, and even to those who don't ask!!

Pros: Everything!

Cons: That the trip had to end.....

Recommends Seven Seas Navigator? Yes!

Ship Quality
The ship is beautiful\, extremely well-kept\, and easy to get anywhere on the ship in minutes.
Food and Dining
The creativity and variety in the menus in all restaurants are top-notch. Prime 7 is the creme de la creme---a wonderful experience during this wonderful cruise. Never having to wait for a table and being seated when and where you choose at every meal is a must for us.
Cabin / Stateroom
The suites are very large\, the balconies are also large. We love having our morning coffee on our balcony as we are sailing the seas or coming into a new port.
Service and Staff
If I could give TEN stars for this one\, I would. There are so many examples of everyone making the experience special. No matter where you are on the ship\, if you cross paths with ANY of the crew or staff\, they greet you with a genuine smile and hello. Whether it's the ship's captain or a maintenance worker changing a light bulb\, they make you feel totally at home and that they are very\, very glad you are there.
Entertainment
Lots and lots to choose from. You can do as much---or as little---as you like.
