Alaska incredibly beautiful; ship tired

Sail Date: July 01, 2013

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Balcony

Cabin was great; shipboard activities very nice; ship seemed to need updating.

Pros: Staff

Cons: Food/some tour specs

Recommends Seven Seas Navigator? No.

Cabin / Stateroom
Cabin layout and bath\, closet\, etc all extremely nice.
Ship Quality
Again\, tired...spots on carpeting\, balcony handrail didn't match neighboring handrails.
Food and Dining
Hit or miss....Prime 7 a big disappointment..overcooked meat and lobster. Staff very generous about apologies.
Service and Staff
All went above and beyond.
