Review summary

Sea princess 35nights Sydney to Hawaii return . What a disappointment this ship is old to say the least . Our stateroom B508 was so small barely enough room to get by the you could not get out of the room with the bathroom door opened also not much room between the bed & the walls the food was of excellent equality for the first 2 weeks then it started to go down hill quickly poor quality of fruit with some running out, hot meals were never served hot warm at best hot beverages marginally hotter than warm . Poor seating arrangements with a lot of the activities being held in the plaza atrium area ,the wheelhouse & legends bars where their is more seating not opened all the time the main time they were opened was in the evening . The bar staff wait staff & cabin steward were first class as was the guest services staff ,the person st the excursion desk was of little help we learned more from the guest services desk staff . The princess theatre has poor enty & exits & does not satisfactorily accommodate those that are physically handicapped. Embarking in Sydney & disembarking in Sydney was a smooth operation.

We had A430 (inside room). We always have the queen changed for twin beds - no struggling around the tiny space beside the bed the. I concur the entry doors are very narrow and heavy, I wouldn't like to have a disability as it would prove somewhat difficult. I concur with your comments regarding activities and food quality going down, not enough "plain" options in the Horizon buffet. Too many deep fried or dishes covered in sauce. Soups and salads were great. A big minus with a lot of fellow cruisers was the removal of happy hour as drink prices seem to have risen yet again - all bottled or canned beers are $8.75 including light beers and even a can of VB 😝. They're not the line they used to be unfortunately.

I would have to agree and on top of that, in error, they have taken out a 2nd payment for the cruise. I’ve been assured it will be returned but not an eta of when so in the mean time I’m left short. Very disappointing end.
