Review summary
Customer service on Princess was the worst I have ever experienced from any hospitality company. We were locked out of our cabin for 3 hours on the first day because the lock on the door broke. All of our 8-month-olds supplies (diapers, formula, etc) were in the cabin! After several trips up and down the 6 flights (elevators are always busy the first day), we finally got the second-in-command of reception. He told us we would be given a 15% of our total bill daily credit. When we actually settled up at the end of the cruise, it was only a one-day 15% credit ($43). To top things off, Princess broke one of our suitcases and have made at least 4 hoops we have to jump through to get any compensation. We are still in the process of dealing with their corporate offices. Clearly Princess' mode of operation is do whatever it takes to stall or put the customer off and hope the customer finally decides it isn't worth it. I WILL NEVER SAIL ON PRINCESS AGAIN, AND IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU, YOU WON'T EITHER! Pay the extra money and go on Royal Caribbean or Norwegian.Ship experiences
