Review summary

the modern decor is not the Rotterdam, get some decent cooks and the procuction shows were not up to your standards and the other entertainers were poor showing. this is the third time i have been on the Rotterdam and the first time i have been disappointed in the cruise. I am going on the Nieuw Amsterdam in May from Venice and hope the food and entertainment is better or i will not book again on your ships. The food was great in the Pinnacle and the Lido was passing, but your dining room needs help. The last dinner is sick and i ate nothing. no choices and your Master Cheft dinner needs a lot of help

waiter and bus boy did not fill water glasses, had to ask all the time, could not get what we asked for (oil & vinegar) for 3 days until we talked to the matre de and if we asked for something a little different did not get it.

charles raymond nikijuluw on Lido deck was great and so helpful. great employee. He did everything he could to help. if i had a business i would hire him immediately.
