Loved the spa seminars and all the staff. Very good massages and beauty care items.

I got a sea salt scrub and massage which was both invigorating and relaxing. The massage was a bit too hard and I had to tell her a couple times that it hurt and I did end up with a couple bruises on my shoulders and legs. When she massaged my head, she didn't get the oil off of her hands, so I ended up with oily hair. I got a wash and blow-out the next day and she was efficient and used the color safe products I requested, but wasn't friendly at all. She literally never smiled. She did a good blow out though.

Too small and old equipment. We have been on approx 12 different ships and used their fitness center 6 or seven days of our trip, this was the least pleasant facility

Overall good but value a bit high for level of service

Very beautiful and serene setting. I don't like that they only do 50-minute massages (for hiked-up prices even for hour long massages.) I feel those extra 10 minutes were shaved off to try and upsell beauty care products. The staff was friendly, though my massage was very Massage101 - lots of hand clapping/cupping as opposed to actual kneading with the thumbs.

Seemed a little more pricey for the service

Deserted wasteland of black mold. Only saw 3 other people using the steam and sauna on a 7 day cruise. The shower heads were falling apart and even shooting water into the light fixture above the shower stall. Mold everywhere and a musky stench that permeated into the hallway. The staff was friendly but heard the services were overpriced b.s.

Spa area very clean. Relaxing. Sauna and steam room excellent and uncrowded
