Review summary

Our 4th transatlantic voyage on the QM2 over a 20-year period. Possibly our last. Overall service is a little less attentive. Food the entire week was dissappointing, as was the entertainment.

There is a lack of supervision. Very few "suits" in the dining rooms. Line staff tries hard but misses. They are either inadequately trained or under-supervised. Methinks it is the latter.

Our 4th transatlantic crossing on the QM2. We were just looking for non-airline transportation. Cabin wes fine....served it's purpose.

Walked off at 6:50 am. In a taxi and on our way to Portsmouth in less than 30 minutes.

Thank you for your review. My first of 3 cruises Queen Mary is scheduled for October 2024. Hopefully all three are uneventful. I never go to the entertainment venues. As long as the buffet is passable and room service I'll be fine.🤞
