Review summary

Amazing, relaxing, and fun filled voyage with delicious food, and great ambience created by the wonderful personnel onboard. I would like to highlight and commend on the professional and courteous treatment provided by the casino staff, specifically from Romulus, Jeffrey, the slot machine manager, Caroline and the bar attendant whose name escapes me. Thanks to all for an amazing time!

My room steward, was a bit dismissive with my requests ex. I requested shampoo and conditioner on my third day on the cruise. He was rather incredulous and questioned my request since these should have been in my room. I asked him to check as I had not seen them. I also showed him that I had been using my own hand/body soap and body lotion since there was none in my room from day one. He eventually brought me all the supplies but was quick to point out that I could not take these with me as the ship would re-fill them and use them again. He also impressed upon me how he would need to request these items from his manager and would get in trouble for not having made these available to me from the day I embarked. Upon finalizing the trip I asked him, Richard, if these soaps and body lotions were available for sale and he immediately responded very curtly that they were not and went to my room to make sure all the bottles were there and that I had not taken them.

While I tried to make my bed everyday and keep my room orderly so that Richard did not have much to do, there were a few days in which the garbage in the bathroom was not disposed of.

Enjoy every activity and take advantage of all the ship has to offer

I greatly appreciated the Cunard experience of not requiring passengers to disembark very early and for providing access to breakfast
