Review summary

My cruise was to celebrate my Birthday. I can honestly say by choosing Queen Mary 2, I had a truly memorable Birthday and will always treasure my memories aboard a magnificent liner.

I was impressed how well-maintained and how clean all common areas were.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was spotless. King size bed was so comfy, I didn't want to get out of bed. Cabin was a good size. Plenty of coffee and tea. Totally spoilt myself and had breakfast in bed.

Ship tip

Prepare yourself for a wonderful adventure. You get to meet some wonderful people. All personal staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. They treat you like family.

Disembarkation

Apparently the luggage wasn't ready at the disembarkation time, so we were delayed in disembarkation. When we did disembark, trouble finding luggage. All Assistance staff were by the main exit. Would have been better if they stood waiting at the place we disembarked from the ship.
