The menu is cut down, they can be found online and there's also vlogs covering the lunch and evening menus onboard at Sir Samuel's.

We had lunch in Sir Samuel's when we sailed and couldn't see any difference to the menu from the evening , which did surprise me as the cost was less so I was expecting it to be cut down in some way.
