Review summary

The ship and country were beautiful. MANY people are back to cruising and they are impatient to "make up" for the time they were not able to travel. Apparently they have forgotten how to cooperate and follow directions. Cruises during Covid were much more relaxing with fewer passengers. Some crew members on this cruise seemed "green" and not sufficiently trained.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
Excessive numbers of people trying to check in at the same time. Dock personnel were polite and gracious, guests not so much.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Windjammer food was good and attractive. Jamie's Italian and Chops were excellent both food and service. Wonderland offers unique dishes which are fun to partake of but service for large group (10) is overly stretched, however, smaller groups of 4 are served appropriately.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
A hot tub in the Solarium was the only activity I participated in. Very nice, large hot tubs.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Live, Love, Legs is an excellent production! Wonderful costumes, great choreography, talented dancers. Orchestra is excellent.

Children's Programs

No children

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
ALL ship personnel were courteous and helpful.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Beautiful ship. Outstanding art work. Common areas were clean and well-maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin size was adequate and allowed enough room for 2 twin beds. Lots of storage, but neither closet was able to handle long dress without doubling them over. Shower only had combo shampoo/body wash. Take your own conditioner and shampoo.

Ship tip

Ship's internet and chat spotty at best.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
We waited until the time for our luggage release so it was painless, but masses of passengers were pushing and shoving to depart. Release announcements were confusing and poorly done. Elevator very crowded with people taking their own luggage making it difficult for handicapped persons to get through. Shuttles and signage very confusing.
