Review summary

Cruise was great. Alaska was beautiful. Wish we could have seen dawes glacier, otherwise was a great trip. The crew was great, ship was perfect for this trip. Food was bland but perfect for wife who doesn’t like spice or pepper. We enjoyed windjammer more than the main dinning room. Jr suite was awesome.

I liked the different activities they had on the ship like bumper cars and roller skating. The food was not bad. I wish the windjammer was open longer hours as breakfast was 6:30 till 10:00. Lunch was noon till 3:00. Dinner was 6-9. They literally closed the dinning area so you couldn’t even sit and enjoy the window views in there when they were closed. You could only access coke freestyle there during open hours or you had to go to hot dog truck or pizza place. Also wish the ice cream soft serve was open more than just afternoon like 10-4. It was available 24/7 on carnival these are minor problems but it did not ruin our vacation by any means

They said too much ice floating in river and was not safe to proceed any further. We went about 25 miles before turning around.
