Review summary

I would not cruise with royal carribean again. Ship was so overcrowded it made doing anything with my son a challenge. We didn't go to one of our ports and were told by guest services we would not be credited and it's not there problem. Overall food was not very good and we had to return dishes in the dining room.

Embarkation

We purchased the key and was able to get quickly on the boat.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The specialty restaurants were great. The main dining room had some great dishes but overall quality of food and taste was poor.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
Pools were overcrowded. The skypad was broken. There was no where to sit or get a drink on the pool deck due to how many people were everywhere.

Entertainment

We did not go to shows.

Children's Programs

My son got sick on the end of our trip. Kids club looked dirty.

Service and Staff

This is the only thing we were impressed with. The staff was amazing and very willing to go out of there way for any request made.

We could not stop at this port due to weather. It was disappointing and anything we tried to do on the ship was overcrowded.
