Review summary

I know it's no fault of Royal Caribbean. But was disappointed we couldn't get to the ports that we booked. And as far as Dominican Republic which replaced one of our ports that has a lot of work to be done. Not a huge fan of the Dominican Republic

Terrible place to get on a cruise ship. The staff there at port Everglades very rude disrespectful untrained and slow as all get-out. Went out of port Canaveral in October that Port has their stuff together. Going out of Tampa in March hopefully it's nothing like Port Everglades.

Was not impressed. Don't think they understand the concept of a sports bar. They have TVs to watch the games and all but they also have too many kids sitting in the chairs and at the bar so you can't get a seat.

I cannot say enough about the staff the friendliness kindness and just wanting to make sure that we had the greatest Cruise ever always cleaning sterilizing making sure we had you know what we needed to be safe great job I Room attendant Yomyman went above and beyond his Call of Duty every time we seen him in the hall always was pleasant stopped and said hi make sure we had everything that we needed great job

Wish I had a picture to share plenty of room it was at the front of the ship oversized window to see out the front it was a great room would definitely get that room again

Face recognition is the way to go least I can say disembarkment was a little better than the embarkment process
