Review summary

On Sunday morning a coach was to collect myself and my wife from Edinburgh to join Oceana in Southampton, the coach could not take my wheelchair and we had to sit in the cold for 90 minutes. We then had to make the journey in a Taxi that could not allow me to travel in my wheelchair causing a great deal of difficulties and a lot of pain. P &O say it is the coach company at fault and I agree but the responsibility remains with P&O as it was purchased with a select price including coach travel Not a good cruise at all On Thursday at Cadiz I got off and when I tried to get back on I was forced to walk up the gangway as it was too steep for his chair, a barbaric thing to happen. They should have given me a manual chair up the ramp but it was not offered and again they show no consideration. What happened to the caring company we traveled with so many times.

I've adapted buses waiting for wheelchair users on p&o excursions. Not sure about available numbers but to say wheelchair users are not catered for is just wrong

We have had problems with P&O and wheelchair before and trying to get excursions is so bad as well wheelchair users are not catered for at all.

Suprised to here this as we've always seen p&o staff being more than helpful with ppl who have mobility issues
