Review summary

Great cruise, great itinery, great ship let down by average restaraunt service and average food. Super captain who was highly visible and very entertaining presiding over staff who were not as enthusiastic as he was, first cruise with P&O, it was good but i think we have been spoilt by cruising with Celebrity! Sadly this was not in the same league.

Have only just boarded, but on first impressions I would tend to agree with you. Boat seems pleasant but is in need of serious refurbishment. Regrettably work including grinding and painting is happening right now, even before we have left port, and right under my balcony. Does not seem to hold a candle to Celebrity. Dark tired interiors and corrosion obvious in the ships body, door frames and ceilings. I will update as the cruise gets underway....
