The cruise was amazing. we had the best dining room experience thanks the staff. I would like to thank all the supervisor and managers who support those staff and they can feel confortable in doing their job. Our family had a very memorable cruise experience.

We did the flowrider,and enjoy the pool. The open deck was great. I have a safety concern about the baby pool. There were too many Iron part on this area where kids and easily harm themselves. I hope there were more coushon to protect them against the iron parts.
As I was walking in the spa to go to the Gym, I saw a young lady with a very contagious and beautiful smile at the spa desk, she was so happy I had to stop by and thanked her for her smile and enthusiasm. Her name was Callie (the spa manager), by the time I knew it, I had my massage treatment booked and there I had the privilege of meeting some of the most talented and professional Therapists such as Metsheu, Shishe, Denese, Daisy ( Asst. spa manager. Especially Felina, my Therapist who guided me on selecting my spa products, so I just want to acknowledge our outstanding work.

We have the best dining room experience thanks to our amazing waiters who went above and beyond for us. We were at my time dining, where we met the most incredible staff.We want to personally recognize Walan from Thailand, Carolina from Chile, Emily and Patrick from Philippines who always welcome us with a warm smile and always remember our name. Our waiter Hasym from Indonesia and Jerrold were the best. Our kids love going to the dining room because of them; they make the dining experience fun and enjoyable, so we want to thank them and hopefully they all step up to a management position so they can share their skills with other staff members.
I would like to thank the Frond test manager Ms. Pretty who help me on the first day of the cruise. My original room had a small issue, she quickly follow up with housekeeping and assign me a new room. I would like to also thank for night shift staff from India who also help me with my account.
I cannot forget the Pool attendant staff who work super hard to keep everybody safe. they are the reason why we love to cruise with Royal.

layout and design were amazing, everywhere was clean, We want to acknowledge Nayawi from the Facility, whom we met at the St Royal promenade deck 5, he is so charismatic, greeting Emily to all guess who passes by. He helped me find my camera cover that was lost. Thank you so much Nayawi for your service.
I want to thank Mr. Georges from the Facility for his coordination effort in managing the facility staff to keep and keep the ship clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

We notice the interior are smaller the they used to be. Thanks to our stateroom attendant Kadek from Indonesia, we had the best experience; his services exceeded all expectations. We are very grateful to have him. Thank you Kadek for making us feel so special and for all the towels design that our kids love so much. We all wish you the best, and hopefully, you become a supervisor next time we go on board.
Ship tip
Please DO Not Book Interior room. You can't even move inside. Have early diner so you enjoy all the shows. Do not sleep to much because she ship is so much fun, you will miss a lot.
