Review summary

The good: service was excellent from all but two crew members, Aqua and ice show are excellent. The bad: many many smokers with out enough dedicated space, they are spilling out into other areas. Always, everyplace is crowded, of course over 6,000 passengers, creaky noisy cabin- impossible to sleep, music way too loud on pool deck, extremely slow overcrowded elevators, to attend most activities you must plan 45 minutes in advance- 15 minutes to get there because of slooowwww elevators and 30 minutes ahead to get a seat or you are SOOL (sh.. out of luck)

Embarkation

3 out of 5
Average - even arriving on time for our scheduled check in time with all docs and paperwork complete the wait was about 30 minutes.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Because we were in a Sky Suite we ate the majority of our meals in Coastal Kitchen. The food there was good especially the Caesar Salad, soups, and desserts. Other things were ok. Menu choices are odd at times. One night for dinner two of the five entree choices were duck….??

Onboard Activities

Pools always very crowded. Music on the pool deck always playing during the day and extremely loud.

Entertainment

Service and Staff

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Most places clean but a few mens restroom had strong urine odor.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
When the ship is sailing our cabin was constantly “creaking” and making other noises, impossible to sleep!

Ship tip

If you like crowds, very long buffet lines, and very slow elevators this is the ship for you.

Ports of call

Cape Liberty (Bayonne), New Jersey

When I asked where the handicap parking was three times the nasty attendant said “all the spots are handicapped “. Zero help. $25 per day

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Because we were in a Sky suite we had priority disembarkation with a private elevator, nice! But I needed to ask about this it was not clear unless you ask.
