Ship was impressive. Central Park and the Boardwalk were great. Big events like Aqua show, bands, and comedy show were very good (except for Cats), although more variety throughout the week would have been nice. Deck 15 was great for kids, between the slides, many pools, flow rider, zip line, splash area, sports courts. Nice gym and running track. Royal Caribbean makes ship embarkment and disembarkment easy. Very friendly staff throughout the ship that were focused on the guest experience and cleanliness. We expected more from the main dining room food quality and preparation and would have liked to see more interesting activities and shows planned throughout the day and evening. Finding pool chairs can be difficult because people put towels out to save seats all day. Adventure Ocean and the Teen Club were disappointing and offered much less than we expected based on previous cruises. Overall, the cruise and ship were great. I’d recommend trying out a Royal Caribbean Oasis class cruise to anyone interested in a cruise.

Food and Dining

Friendly, helpful staff. Main dining room staff were great. Based on previous cruises, we expected more from the main dining room food quality and preparation. Would be nice if ice cream stations were available all day (24-hour?) and in more locations.
Onboard Activities

Ship was impressive. Central Park and the Boardwalk were great. Deck 15 was great for kids, between the slides, many pools, flow rider, zip line, splash area, sports courts. Nice gym and running track. Several time we showed up for an event posted on the activities schedule and they said it was for Key guests only. Very few good daytime activities. Didn't seem like there were enough eating, seating, or entertainment options for the number of guests onboard. Signs said that you can't reserve seats, but people put towels on seats in the morning and left them there all day. Most seats are empty, yet there's never anywhere to sit on the pool deck.
Entertainment

Big events like Aqua show, bands, and comedy show were very good. Acting was great in Cats, but it was the worst play we've ever seen. Comedy and Aqua shows are the same every day. Since there are only a few shows, there weren't a lot of variety.
Children's Programs

Adventure Ocean didn’t seem organized compared to the C******* kids club that we’ve used on the past. On C******* there are multiple age groups, activities planned all day, video games, art stations, ect. It seemed like kids aged 6-12 were all together in a single room just hanging out. Our kids having fun on cruises is what draws us to cruise, and they had much less fun than in past C******* cruises. Our 13-year-old felt that the teens area had nothing to offer her. It was an unstaffed room with a bunch of high school aged boys. We felt there should have still been activities planned for older kids, or at a minimum staff to make sure young girls like our daughter are safe.

Cabin / Stateroom

Good deck, smallish room. Vary tight bathroom. Hard for a family of 4. Bed for kids was challenging because it took up the whole room (hard to get to balcony). Like pull downs better because they don’t take up the floor room.
Disembarkation

Use of Seapass make entering and exiting the boat very smooth both during shore excursions and disembarkment.
