Review summary

Overall we enjoyed the cruise. It is a huge ship. Getting around was not difficult but we did a lot of walking. We had to wait for elevators . The major fault we found that there were no lounge areas with comfortable seating with a view of the ocean that we could just sit and relax. The few places we did find were noisy and seating left a lot to be desired..

Really enjoyed our balcony . It was not noisy at all to be overlooking the Boardwalk. Activities stopped at a reasonable time and early morning we enjoyed looking at the sea while we had breakfast.

Ship tip

Be prepared to spend time waiting for elevators all the time and wear good walking shoes.

Going on the Oasis in 8 days for the 3rd time. At the back of the ship on deck 5 under the Aqua Theatre there is a beautiful spot with comfy chairs to sit and enjoy a cocktail and look at the water. Or you can go to the Solarium which is adults only and enjoy the water view. They only time we have had issues with waiting for elevators was after the muster drill or around dinner or port days

We're going on her in November and from everything I've read and heard from friends who have sailed her it's not that kind of cruise experience where you just relax on the sun deck like we like to do normally. I have the feeling I'm gonna need a cruise after this one to rest, lol. Our first time experiencing this class but the price was great so why not.
