Starting to see items not well taken care of like lights that were not working and were not fixed during the cruise. Room ac was not working as good as it should. Chair was broken in specialty dinning restaurant.

AC was not working as it should.

Pros: Wonderful ship and good service

Cons: The check in and check out was the poorest I have ever had.
