Review summary

Our boarding experience was not too comfortable. Many people got tired & hungry because of the size of the crowds checking in & were waiting for restaurants to eat. Most restaurants were very full & elevators were packed with people.

We expected better food as we used to with our previous RC cruises. A little disappoined. But wHat I think mattered was there were too many people aboard that quality suffered.

THis is the only part we recognize & felt very satisfied. Our cabin steward, Caroline Lagco, Cabin Supervisor, Jay Sultero, Leo Antipala, Asst. Senior Housekeeper, Leo Antipala were superior in their services. Did a lot for us especially when I needed to be taken to the Medical Facility twice. At fine dining (dinner only), our head waiter ARNEL

I had been very satisfied with Royal Caribbean cruise line before but not on this cruise, Oasis of the Seas. We took Ruby Princess the week before & we were very satisfied. I could not believe Princess will be better quality cruise than RC which we much liked before.

Cabin / Stateroom

We were very happy with the upkeep of Caroline Lagco. She kept the cabin very clean always & gave great service. The size of canin is perfect for us.
