I did a walking tour of Dubrovnik, but you'd be perfectly fine on your own there. In Athens I did the Parthenon tour, which was totally worth it because the port has one small duty free shop and that's it. In Olympia I went to where the original Olympics were held and then wine and Greek dancing. It was fun but a little pricey at $100 and a bit rushed. Santorini I did Oia Village and it was everything you expect of Santorini. You could get there on your own, though, and the area is very touristy. We finished the tour in Fira and took the cable car down to the pier. So beautiful. The port for Rome was very unorganized when I was there and we had to wait an hour for a bus to take us to the bus station, everyone had to push and shove their way in, and then take another bus to the train station to get to Rome. If you're spending time there it might be easier to take the airport bus and then go into the city. Complete chaos the way I did it. Have so much fun!!

For Dubrovnik get a taxi from the port into town. Pay around $10 to walk around the city walls or take the cable car for spectacular views. If you watch ‘Game of Thrones’ they do a tour of film sets.
