Review summary

While the cruise itself was very good, with excellent staff, great entertainment and good food, NCL totally dropped the ball on a London shore excursion.  Our London excursion coincided with VE day celebrations and news coverage of Britain's election results.  Obviously we could not get into London.  We saw the tower of London, and then spent six hours of a scheduled 7.5 hour tour on the bus.  NCL guest relations shrugged and the excursion operator refunded $30.  Really NCL?  Shame on you.
