We were very happy with this cruise. Little criticisms listed below did not spoil the overall enjoyment; they are just mentioned as to give knowledge to future cruisers.

There was always a vegetarian option--good for us.

Overall, the crew on the ship were friendly and nice, but didn't get the feeling that they were "going above and beyond."
One meal the server (without asking) brought our child the main meal even before the appetizers were given to the eight other adults--much appreciated. The service in the dining rooms otherwise, was often slow, making us rush to catch the 9:30 pm show. As a large party, we couldn't make reservations except at 5:30 or 8 pm. We learned to go earlier and just try to get a table at 6:30 or 7:30 pm, and we waited about 20 min.
The first day we came back to our room we were surpised the extra bed was not closed up. When we asked our steward if he would close it, he said it was very hard for him. We were disappointed in his initial begrudging reply. After two more days of being too cramped, we left a note on the bed asking him to please close the bed, which he did. Our next door neighbors almost daily had incorrect replacement of towels. For us only twice.

We had a room on the 11th deck which was great for access to pool and cafe. The room itself was clean, but could have been cleaner. Holes in the curtain showed its age.
Pros: We most enjoyed being with the other families for this reunion. Many of the shows were very entertaining, especially the hypnotist, Dr. Scott and Second City
Cons: The strict age division in the Kids Crew prevented our child from being with the other children that were part of our reunion. She is 5 weeks away from turning 10. They would not budge. It was the worst 2 hours for her.
