Review summary

The ship is very handicapped friendly. We were traveling with a three wheeled scooter. My husband could move freely aboard the ship and participate in all the activities of interest. There was always a place for him to park and a friendly face to help! It was our first cruise to experience as handicapped and we were delighted how smoothly it all went. I must add that getting through the airport (LAX) and moving the scooter by plane was very easy also. Ground transportation needs to be worked out before you go. BUT GO YOU'LL LIKE IT!

Pros: The ability to enjoy ourselves and move freely around the ship

Cons: There were no shore excurions that did not require walking

Recommends Norwegian Star? Yes!
