Review summary

Nice ship, big. Last time my girlfriend took this ship they had a movie theater-now they took it out but we didn't find out till we went to look. Great room service at no extra charge. Hot tubs were lukewarm at best on several days. One day it was too cold and windy to lay in the sun so we really wanted the hot tubs. No way. Drinks are outrageously overpriced. They nickel and dime you to death over everything.

When the weather is poor, they didn't have any ship staff trying to get everyone out of the doldrums. No director of entertainment to keep people buying drinks or having a good time when it was ugly outside. Noone wants to stay in the stateroom, but what choice did you have?

Buffet staff not pleasing. They closed off one buffet line and it was the only one with biscuits and gravy. When I requested bisquits and gravy, the lady gave me a hard time like it didn't exist. Not very customer friendly or eager to please.
