Cons: staff not knowledgeable of directions on the ship; staff too anxious to get in and clean up cabin while passenger still sleeping; ship ran out of fresh fruits (bananas, strawberry, used canned strawberries); ship will not accept personal checks if you need additional cash, just a few of the complain
