Review summary

This is an okay cruise on an older ship. We knew what we were getting as we have sailed previously on the ship. Mainly sail for the convenience of the departure port as well as the destination. Ship needs upgrading and not as clean as you would expect. Our room was very hot; we could not control the air conditioning from the room. Food and service has gone down hill with the "freesytle crusing" aspect. No longer working for the tips as they are directly billed to you. Food at times seemed like cafateria food; served tepid to warm. Buffets were not hot as well. They have removed trays from the buffet line so you are balancing your plate, silverware, drink without a tray. Up and down to retrieve items you could not handle. Six sailed together on this cruise and all had the same impression...

Love Bermuda. Tobacco Bay is good for snorkling; saw lots of fish. Carriage House Restaurant was excellent.
