Norwegian Majesty

6 Night Bermuda (Boston Roundtrip)

Sail date: April 23, 2007

Ship: Norwegian Majesty

Cabin type: Inside

Traveled as: Large Group

Reviewed: 14 years ago

Review summary

Although the Majesty was stretched in 1999, many things about this ship are still small, including the cabins. The good thing about Freestyle Cruising is not being assigned specific meal times or table mates; the bad thing is there are long lines at all meal times. Food quality was not something to get excited about. St. George's is rather out-of-the-way; at least 30 minutes by bus from Hamilton.

Ports of call

St. George's, Bermuda

3 out of 5
St. George's is a very quiet place; you can tour the whole town on foot in about 45 minutes. Tobacco Bay beach is within walking distance. You need to go to Hamilton to find a good variety of restaurants and shopping.

Pros: easy disembarkation, not too pushy about the ship photographers, courteous staff

Cons: food quality, lines at mealtimes
