Review summary

this was our first cruise. the only comparing we could do was to the website and stories from other people about cruises in general. we found that the attentiveness of the staff was more than we expected. by the first night staff members knew our names( first and last ) if they were trying that hard on day one we knew the next five would be very enjoyable. the staff was never in our way yet always right there for any questions or concerns.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
i am not a person big on fancy foods or in trying new things. the dining was differant every night and the wait / kitchen staff would make my food as simple as i liked it. i loved the portions, they allowed us to try a couple of new things without waste.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
the options were great the times were very good. we had trouble making events, being our first cruise we were always running a little behind.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
better than i expected they made us feel like we were thier main goal all the time

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
obviously this ship was not on a virgin voyage yet there was constant upkeep of restrooms, railings, walkways and common areas. if this staff and company did not care it would very noticeable.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
i cannot compare this room to any others, but i believe i will get a slightly bigger room on our next cruise. i am not a small person. all i had to do was see my cabin staff and they suggested moving the beds together which they did quickly without any inconvienence

Ports of call

St. George's, Bermuda

5 out of 5
must see the crystal caves and any beach. we did not have a wasted visit anywhere we went. the pickled onion was very good, the resteraunts all seemed to be similar none really stuck out and all that we tried were very good.
Don't Miss: the street fair has a wonderful charm about it.

Pros: the ability to come and go and everything was still available at our time

Cons: we found it hard to make certain events timewise
