Review summary

the ship has seen better days---soundproofing was awful especially the hallways on deck six. cabin stewards seem to be always around our room.

buffets were awful---dining room food adequate but not great. free style kind of a joke---one night had to wait between 30-40 minutes for table. two nights in dining room did not ask us if we wanted coffee to go with our dessert. no ginger ale at all

only really saw one show and he was a comedian (dave heehan) he was very good. he was to suppose to show up on tuesday but was delayed until wednesday

my daughter and son in law and their two kids (age 6 & 9) went on the cruise with my wife and i. the kids really enjoyed kids korner, took pictures of the captain in the bridge area.

not very helpful at all----slow to clean off tables---not friendly at all.

only negative had to remind cabin steward to get extra pillows---had to wait 24 hours for that but he did a great job---no hair dryer in our room

St. George's, Bermuda

went the beach two days, went golfing one day and did one tour with the kids---great weather, great golf, nice beaches. the only downside was the tour the bus drive wasted too much time showing us the airport and john's bay that we missed half of the zoo area

Cons: food and service below par since the last time i took this cruise in 1998
