Review summary
we recently cruised as our first time on the Norweigan Dream. the island of Bermuda was AMAZING, but the cruise was not. very disappointed since this was our first. the room service was extremely slow. it took them nearly 3 hours to bring us a piece of cake for desert. the food was repeated at the buffets, not much of a selection. They ran out of Bud Light - how do you run out of Bud Light on the third day!!! Anyways, there was a room door that kept opening and closing all night long, keeping us from sleeping - it was service personnell! the credit desk was EXTREMELY rude. the gentleman there was very rude and spoke down to me as if i was incompetent to understand him. the good things were the different dance parties, games, cookouts, and pools. everything else was so-so. could have been much better. the woman would helped us off the boat was wonderful. i believe her name was Gilda or so, and she was fabulous!Ship experiences
