Review summary

Service people were untrained they did the best they could but the service was terrible because they either did not put sufficient service people on board or they didn't train them properly. When asked what you wanted to drink at the beginning of dinner and the drink was delievered after you finished eating, more than one time and looked to be most tables experienced the same.

the children's programs were not recommended at all. we had a child 1 year younger than the rest and they wanted to seperate him from all his cousins because of the age difference. we asked if the parents could sign something in order for him to be included with the others and they refused and were very rude about it.

Cons: There were no machines available to get a bottle of water or soda, etc. you had to wait in a line at the bar which was usually 4 or 5 deep to get a glass of water.

Recommends Norwegian Dream? No.
