Review summary

I've already written a complaint to Norwegian as this was a horrible experience. Highlights: ran out of light beer within 2 hours of sailing, average wait time for drink: 45 minutes, dirty glasses, buffet food was absolutely horrible and always running out, impossible to get dinner since restaurants don't take reservations; dinner food was "satisfactory", boat sailed into rough seas and sat there so there was so much turbulence; ran of our of Dramamine on Friday night; staff completely misinformed/uninformed;hallway flooded day of disembarkation; called wrong floors for disembarkation leading to 1-2 hour line to get off the cruise. Horrible, disappointing. Sailed on Norwegian before and was expecting something nice. The Carnival 2-night cruise I took a few years ago blew this one away.

Buffets were absolutely horrible. They always ran out of food and new food was not ready to go. Quality, selection and taste were worse than a college dorm. Dinners were ok. But a caprese salad is not chunks of tomato with hunks of american cheese.

Entertainment

Outside activities were not an option due to weather. All that there really was to do during the day was gamble or play bingo. Bingo was a nightmare b/c they made an announcement that the first 75 guests would get in only then the staff manning the door had no idea what we were talking about. Tickets for bingo were min. $30 and if winning ticket not distributed than Norwegian kept the pot.

Apparently this was a staff "training" cruise. No one knew anything and although many were nice, they were not helpful.

Ship is small compared to newer ships. Older decor. Cleanliness...not great

Staterooms were fine. You don't expect much from a room on a cruise.
