Review summary
The Norweegian Dream seems old, tired, dirty and ready to be put out to pasture. It was nearly impossible to find someone to help us with deck chairs, bar services, etc. On debarkation, our hanging bags were delivered to us in a ball with all items off the hangers and unwearable. The food was generally very bad except breakfast. One meal prompted us to leave the restaurant without eating because the food was so bad. Low quality food prepared badly. Even though the restaurants would not take reservations, the wait to be seated often ranged from one to two hours. Ship's personnel seemed interested only in providing services that were to the NCL's benefit e.g. selling jewelry. I could go on but, hopefully, you get the idea. A cruise is a wonderful vacation but not on the Norwegian Dream.Ship experiences
