Review summary

Brand new ship with stunning decor and lots of technology. Great bar staff and housekeeping. I just wish they would pay more attention to allergy requests.

Since there were no disembarking guests, we were from luggage drop off to in our stateroom in under 20 minutes.

I found it very difficult to communicate food allergy requests to the main dining room staff. Buffet had no signage regarding allergies, and the staff could not speak English. Portions were on the small side, and I can't really say there was anything extremely remarkable we had.

Main theater was lacking, especially the comedian. The rogue was the better entertainment venue.

It was decent for a standard inside cabin. Had enough space for all our things and had comfortable air conditioning. Bathroom was small, but neither are we Noise was bothersome during the late night from things being moved around below deck.

Ship tip

To get a few minutes of free internet, while connected to the ships wifi page, go to the get msc app page and click on the Google app store link. This will allow you to access any of Googles web search and mail for about 15 minutes. You only can do this 5 times per device (unless you spoof your MAC and change IP). By the specialty restaurants, there is a small bar with 4 chairs. This is a nice, intimate place with a wonderful bartender named Ryan. Tell him Key West sent you ;)

Very poor communication. Was a giant free for all trying to figure out where the queue began.
