My first time on an MSC cruise line. We definitely had a great time and I now have a new cruise line that I enjoy.

Review summary

I was trying to decide between this and Margaritaville cruise since it was going to be a short 3 night cruise. Even thought I had to travel further to get to this boat I’m happy I picked this option. I went the day after Milton so it did rain and they had to move entertainment around the boat. It does need a bit more diversity but I still had a great time. We boarded early and there were no crowds and picked to walk our bags off the boat and disembarked quickly. I’m already looking for my next cruise with them.

This was the quickest I ever got on a ship. Our only mishap was one person sent us to our room the other said it wasn’t ready. We needed our room cards to get drinks which was at our room.

The shows were kinda cheesy and you have to be careful where you sit because they had random bars that might block your view. They do need a bit more diversity when it comes to music.

This is an older ship but she was cleaned. It was also easy to figure out the layout.

We had an inside room. I do love the fact that the inside room allows you to take a nap at any point of the day. It was comfy for two people.

Ship tip

This was my first time cruising with MSC so you might already know. When going to shows sit at the bottom middle. Upstairs will have a weird bar kinda at the same level as your face. Deck 5 opens up for lunch and breakfast. We never made it to breakfast but we did do the lunch on the first day. It was a nice start to have a table for just the two of us and they offered a welcome drink.

Disembarkation

One of the quickest disembarkation of you have a passport. Now you have to walk a ton to get off the boat. It would have been nice if they had some seating areas and water.
