Review summary

I thought overall the ship was fine. With only one other ship to compare it to of another cruiseline, this was better. I thought the service in certain areas was terrific, our stateroom attendant was great, the main diningroom guy was good too. The waiters on the pooldeck were a bit slow as were the buffet servers.

Ports of call

Catalina Island, California

It was fun renting bikes and riding all over the island, watch out for the pot holes. Good shopping and food. Beaches were very pebbly and rocky.

San Diego, California

Really didnt expect to enjoy this as much as I did. Seaport Village was excellent to stay and peruse all day. Very close to the ship, there were several sites to encounter.

Pros: the spaciousness

Cons: the out of date casino
