Review summary

Oceania does a fine job of producing beautiful vessels on which to sail. The staff in all departments was professional and helpful.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Although the food was not of the same quality as when we sailed three years ago\, it was still very good. The primary problem was that it was cold\, especially in Polo. Surprisingly\, the main dining room (which we usually avoid) had the best food and amazing service. It is truly a \"formal dining room\" where service is concerned. I highly recommend that room.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Staff was excellent -- especially the wait staff in the dining rooms and the bars.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The ship was nice and very well laid out. Easy to find your way around fairly quickly. It needs some time to be taken out of service and refreshed. Our stateroom (Penthouse Suite) has a huge stain in the carpet and even though they cleaned it during our stay\, the stain could not be removed. To me that means that it has been there for a while. The hallway carpet is beginning to look dingy.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
The size of the stateroom (Penthouse Suite) was excellent. The bathroom was quite large\, there was a walk in closet complete with a shoe rack\, and more drawer space than we used\, which is saying a lot.

Pros: Stop in St. Petersburg

Cons: Some poor tour guides
